Warranty Policy

 

CATLINK CANADA is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all CATLINK products. During your warranty period, we will resolve product issues at no charge. If you encounter any problems please contact info@catlinkca.com.

CATLINK products are guaranteed against failure due to factory defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, or damage resulting from misuse of product (i.e., using in extreme weather, alterations made to product, neglect, or abuse). Keep your proof of purchase. All warranty claims need original receipts to be processed. Replacement of parts within the warranty period is available free of charge, with shipping included. For replacements outside the warranty period, customers are responsible for both the cost of the parts and shipping. 

Returns Process

1. Submit the form by click the "Start A Return" below

2. Prepare and package your item to return. Please keep your product clean. DO NOT ship litter or waste.

3. Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return shipping label via UPS.

4. Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
