We offer a one-year warranty on all CATLINK products. During your warranty period, we will resolve product issues at no charge. If you encounter any problems please contact info@catlinkca.com
Returns Process
1. Submit the form by click the "Start A Return" below
2. Prepare and package your item to return. Please keep your product clean. DO NOT ship litter or waste.
3. Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return shipping label via UPS.
4. Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
