Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders worth $79 or over CANADA-wide, $8.99 flat rate will apply for orders under $79.
All orders are shipped no later than 5 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8 am – 5pm. Order placed between 4 pm – 5 pm on Friday is due for processing by the next Monday. We use UPS Service to deliver our order. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment.
Returns

If you order is shipped and you changed the mind, you may return the purchase within 14 days from delivery date with unopened original packaging. Please email support@megapets.ca with your order number and photo proof of good in condition to receive your return authorization. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. You may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice by registered post and provide tracking number to us. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed and examined them at our warehouse. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
When returning Goods to us, you must take reasonable care to see that they are received by us and not damaged in transit.
If you order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund the amount paid by you for the goods. To cancel an order, please contact support@megapets.ca as soon as possible.
If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us support@megapets.ca within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
We do not accept any returns after 14 days from delivery date.
